Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are pleased with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (excluding commissions). Please see below for more details about our return policy.

Return Window

You have 45 days after purchase to return items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please note: FINAL SALE & free gift items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, but the full amount of the refund, including the initial shipping costs will be refunded. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be made for a similar item or a different version of the same item. If you wish to upgrade the item i.e. an A2 print ($65) for an A3+ print ($85), you will have to pay the difference.

Damaged Items

If the item is damaged in transit, a full credit for the cost of the item and shipping can be refunded or a replacement can be shipped upon notification of receipt. 

Custom Commissions

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom commissions.
